Services

Forward Counseling & Consultation (FCC) provides intercultural competence while focusing on holistic and wellness services to promote an individual(s), couple or families social-emotional wellbeing, learn to manage mental health concerns and address social-emotional problems that currently exist. We do this by using evidence-based strategies in our offerings of individual, couples, family and group psychotherapy sessions. FCC clinicians have a unique style, training and approach to their practice with the ability to nurture a safe and trusting environment while empowering clients to realize their full potential and reaching their personal goals. We believe in treating the “whole person” which includes addressing the four dimensions of healing; social, behavioral, environmental and spiritual. We do this by holding sessions which range from 45-60 minutes and are a collaboration between the individual, couple, family system and selected therapist. We will begin with a discovery session(s) to identify expectations and motivation for seeking services. Together we will discuss hopes and goals for session and collaboratively create a treatment plan that resonates with the unique needs and experiences of the individual or family system.
