At this time, Forward Counseling & Consultation (FCC) is accepting Quartz, Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin, Dean Health Plan, Medicaid, Dane County Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) and Rock, Jefferson and Walworth CCS, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Self-Pay clients. Appointment time availability varies and will be scheduled on an individual basis with a 15-minute complimentary appointment if requested, please email or call for rates.
